Rently Pricing and How Much Rently Costs per Listing for Self-Showing

Rently pricing starts at $32 per listing per month for Standard, or $28 per listing credit on annual billing. Premium costs $44 per listing monthly or $37 per annual credit. The smallest monthly bills are $160 and $220 because you pay for at least five listings, even when fewer are active. Self-touring needs an access device, and Rently does not publish device prices.

Standard includes Verify ID and lead matching, agent-led tour scheduling, a touring dashboard, automatic listing updates, a website iframe, and PMS and CRM sync. Rently advertises posting to 20+ listing sites and 11.5M annual visitors to its own listing site. Those are distribution claims, not a promise of inquiries for your home. There are no onboarding fees; support is email and AI chat.

Premium adds an AI leasing agent, 24/7 text and email nurturing, AI-to-agent handoff, ILS direct scheduling, a lead dashboard, open API and phone support. Buy it when follow-up is the work you need covered, rather than treating the higher tier as a requirement for self-touring.

How much does Rently cost

Monthly tiers are 5, 10, 15 and 20 listings. Rently says you are billed for your selected count whether or not you list that amount. At 30+ listings, request a quote.

Month-to-month subscription bills

Selected listings Standard monthly Premium monthly
5 $160 $220
10 $320 $440
20 $640 $880

Annual credit pool purchases

Annual credits Standard pool Premium pool
50 $1,400 $1,850
100 $2,800 $3,700
200 $5,600 $7,400

Monthly bills multiply selected listings by $32 or $44. Annual purchases multiply credits by $28 or $37. Pools also come in 150 credits; 300+ requires a quote. Annual credits are not concurrent listing slots.

Self-touring rose from $22 to $32 monthly, about 45%, or to $28 on annual credits, about 27%. The monthly floor rose from $88 to $160. Core's $15 price never included self-touring, so it was never the comparable access plan.

Lockbox on the front door of a vacant rental home set up for a self-guided tour

Rently lockbox cost and hardware

Rently does not publish device prices. The subscription rate alone cannot tell you the full cost of equipping vacant homes.

Every self-touring unit needs an access device. Signup offers existing lockboxes at $0 hardware cost, a Rently Lockbox, or a Rently Smart Bolt Elite smart lock. The feature table says purchase or lease. Confirm compatibility and the written device quote before committing.

MAX adds video surveillance, maintenance alerts and energy management alongside smart home and access control. Most setups require a Rently Smart Hub or Smart Hub Pro. Ask which devices your proposed setup needs and whether the quote covers purchase or lease.

How Rently annual credits work

An active listing consumes a credit each month. The annual pool resets at renewal, so unused credits are lost. Add up expected active listings month by month before buying. A peak vacancy count alone cannot size an annual pool.

Consider seasonal vacancy averaging eight active listings a month over the year, with the peak staying within the ten-listing monthly tier. Eight times 12 consumes 96 credits. A 100-credit Standard pool costs $2,800. The ten-listing month-to-month tier costs 10 times $32 times 12, or $3,840 for the year.

That example leaves four credits unused at renewal. The annual purchase costs less, but the result depends on using the pool and keeping monthly demand within the assumed tier. Ask Rently how midyear top-ups and partial months are handled; the published rates do not settle those terms.

Who should buy Rently

Buy Rently when getting renters through vacant single-family homes without an agent present is the operational problem. Standard already includes that work. Consider Premium when you also need AI follow-up and handoff. At larger vacancy counts, get the custom quote before using these published rates in a budget.

Have a company email ready. Signup rejects personal Gmail and Yahoo addresses and asks whether you manage 50 units or more. That question is separate from the five-listing monthly minimum.

When Rently is the wrong buy

If your team wants to accompany every tour, access automation may not be the missing tool. If renters arrive with unanswered basic questions, fix the listing and inquiry process first. Try the Listing Grader before buying another subscription.

Keep separate budgets for showing software, portals and back-office tools. Our DoorLoop pricing guide covers management software; the Zillow Rental Manager cost breakdown covers portal charges. None of these prices alone tells you which part of leasing needs attention.

Rently pricing questions

Answers reflect the current plan structure and Rently's published renter verification process.

How much does Rently cost?

Rently Standard costs $32 per listing per month month-to-month, or $28 per annual listing credit. Premium costs $44 monthly or $37 per annual credit. Monthly billing starts at five listings, so the minimum is $160 or $220. Access devices are separate, and Rently does not publish their prices.

How much does Rently charge?

Rently charges managers for their selected monthly listing tier or an annual pool of listing credits. Standard starts at $160 monthly or $1,400 for 50 annual credits. Premium starts at $220 monthly or $1,850 for 50 credits. MAX and Multifamily need a custom quote, and hardware is a separate consideration.

Is Rently free?

Rently is paid software for property managers, while renter tours are described as fee-free. Standard starts at $32 per listing per month with a five-listing minimum. A renter must still verify identity using a photo ID, selfie and credit or debit card before taking a self-guided tour.

Is Rently legit?

Yes. Rently provides self-guided touring software and access-device options for property managers. Its published process includes identity verification with a photo ID, selfie and card. That does not authenticate every rental advertisement using its name. Check the property manager and listing independently before relying on a tour invitation.

Does Rently charge renters?

Rently describes its renter tours as fee-free. Renters verify their identity with a photo ID, selfie and credit or debit card, but that card requirement is not a published tour fee. The prices on this page are manager subscriptions. Check any separate application terms directly with the property manager.

Does Rently require a lockbox?

Rently requires an access device for every self-touring unit, but it can be a lockbox or smart lock. Signup offers existing lockboxes, a Rently Lockbox or a Rently Smart Bolt Elite. The feature table describes purchase or lease options. Rently does not publish prices for its devices.

What is a Rently listing credit?

A Rently listing credit covers an active listing for a month under annual billing. Standard credits cost $28 each and Premium credits cost $37 each, bought in pools starting at 50. The pool resets at renewal, and unused credits are lost. Estimate annual listing-months before choosing a pool.

Does Rently have a monthly minimum?

Yes. The smallest month-to-month tier is five listings, making the minimum $160 for Standard or $220 for Premium. Rently bills the selected count even when fewer homes are listed. Annual billing uses a different minimum, a 50-credit pool costing $1,400 for Standard or $1,850 for Premium.
